God WILL Provide

If you’ve ever found yourself in a place where you know you’re doing what God called you to do, but finances, emotional stability, lack of friends, or any other situation isn’t exactly how you imagined it would be, I want to remind you that God DOES and WILL provide. It’s usually not on our timeline, but He who sees the end from the beginning always has a plan to provide for His children. Here are some Scriptures that I have found to encourage me when I feel that early provisions just aren’t quite enough. I pray this is an encouragement for you too!
2 Corinthians 9:8 - “And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.”
Hebrews 13:5 - “Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”
John 10:10 - “The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.”
Luke 12: 7, 24 - “And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows. Look at the ravens. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds!”
Matthew 6:31-33 - “So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.”
Matthew 7:11 - “So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him.”
Philippians 4:6,19 - “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”
Psalm 23:1 - “The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.”
Psalm 34:10 - “Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing.”
Psalm 37:25 - “Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread.”
Psalm 132:15 - “I will bless this city and make it prosperous; I will satisfy its poor with food.”
Romans 8:32 - “Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else?”
